General Terms and Conditions

1. Account Registration and Verification

1.1. To access and use the gaming and betting services on the Platform, the User must complete the registration process and create a personal Account.

1.2. Each User is permitted to register only one Account. The creation of multiple or duplicate accounts, including those using variations of names, email addresses, or payment details, is strictly prohibited.

1.3. During registration, Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Phone number
• Residential address

1.4. The Company reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the User’s identity. Such documentation may include a passport, national ID card, proof of address, or payment method verification.

1.5. Failure to provide accurate or complete information, or refusal to submit requested documents, may result in suspension or closure of the Account.

1.6. The User is responsible for ensuring that their login credentials remain confidential and secure. Any activity under the User’s Account will be considered valid if authenticated through their credentials.

1.7. The Company shall not be held liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to an Account due to the User’s negligence in maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

2.1. All deposits must be made through the payment systems listed in the “Payments” section of the Platform.

2.2. Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the User’s name. Deposits made from third-party sources may be reversed, and any winnings resulting therefrom may be forfeited.

2.3. The minimum and maximum deposit limits are established on the Platform and may vary depending on the payment method or currency selected.

2.4. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for depositing, whenever technically possible.

2.5. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification and anti-fraud checks. The Company reserves the right to request documents confirming the origin of funds or ownership of the payment instrument.

2.6. Processing times for withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banks.

2.7. The Company reserves the right to charge administrative fees or reject withdrawal requests in case of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of the Terms and Conditions.

3. Bonus Terms

3.1. Bonuses and promotional offers are governed by separate terms specified on the Platform.

3.2. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements.

• The general wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is x25.
• The general wagering requirement for free spins is x30.

3.3. Bonuses must be activated within the time limits specified in the promotion (usually within 72 hours of deposit).

3.4. The User must complete wagering requirements within 7 days from activation unless otherwise specified.

3.5. The Company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

3.6. Any attempt to exploit bonuses (e.g., multi-accounting, minimal-risk betting, or collusion) will lead to account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Multiple account registration
• Bonus abuse
• Collusion with other players
• Use of software or scripts to gain an unfair advantage
• Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Accessing the Platform from restricted territories

4.2. The Company reserves the right to investigate and take disciplinary action, including account suspension, fund confiscation, and reporting to relevant authorities.

4.3. Users found violating any of the above may be permanently banned from the Platform.

5. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

5.1. The Company adheres to international AML and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) standards.

5.2. The Company may request proof of identity, address, and source of funds at any time.

5.3. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities without notification to the User.

5.4. Accounts with unverifiable or suspicious activity may be frozen until investigation is complete.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1. The Company promotes responsible gaming practices and provides tools to help Users manage their gambling behavior.

6.2. Users may request to set deposit, wagering, or time limits through their account settings.

6.3. Users may self-exclude for a specified period or permanently. During this time, access to the Platform will be restricted.

6.4. The Company reserves the right to block Users showing signs of compulsive gambling behavior.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or close an Account under the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Breach of these Terms
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Violation of bonus or promotion terms

7.2. Upon termination, the remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided no violations occurred.

7.3. The Company may withhold funds if an investigation reveals fraud, collusion, or abuse.

8. Complaints and Disputes

8.1. Users are encouraged to contact support@mellstroy-apk.com for all complaints and disputes.

8.2. The Company will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

8.3. If a User is unsatisfied with the resolution, they may escalate the dispute to the Curacao Gaming Authority.

8.4. The Company’s decision shall be considered final unless overruled by the competent authority.

9. Changes to the Terms

9.1. The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.

9.2. Any updates will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

9.3. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
